Is the weapon banner worth pulling in NTE? Which weapons to prioritize?

The weapon banner has a 60-pull pity with approximately 22.8% S-rank weapon rate, and each 10-pull grants an A-rank weapon. Recommendation: Prioritize pulling characters first, then consider weapons once your roster is established. S-rank signature weapons provide noticeable upgrades but are not mandatory. F2P players can skip the weapon banner and use A-rank weapons as placeholders.
