What is the 120-pull exchange in NTE? How to exchange 120 pulls for a character?

After accumulating 120 total pulls, you can exchange for any S-rank character. This is NTE safety net mechanic — even with bad luck, you can still get the character you want through accumulation. It is recommended to use this to exchange for standard S-rank characters you did not pull. For limited characters, pulling on the limited banner is more efficient.
