What is Miles Apart in NTE? How to complete it?

Miles Apart is a side quest chain in NTE about two characters separated by distance. How to trigger: Pick up from the bulletin board in the main city area, requires completing Chapter 2 main story. Quest has 3 phases: 1) Collect 3 letters scattered across different regions; 2) Escort NPC through dangerous areas; 3) Complete the final dialogue at the designated location. Choices during the quest affect the ending and rewards — choosing "Wait" gives bonus hidden rewards. Unlocks a unique furniture piece and achievement.
