What are the penalties for going to prison in NTE?

Being caught at 3 stars sends you to Central Prison. You can pay a fine for immediate release or wait 7 days. Successfully escaping earns a free Prison Style Outfit. Defeating the Prison Boss unlocks a 4-player combat mode.
