NTE launch offers multiple S-rank acquisition paths (confirmed by livestream): 1) Beginner banner selector after 20 pulls — choose from standard S-rank characters; 2) Standard banner S-rank selector ticket at 50 pulls; 3) Free S-rank Xiaozhi via City Tycoon mode. There are 16 S-rank characters at launch, with Mint and Sakiri being popular choices. Priority recommendation: Choose Sakiri for a strong versatile attacker, or Mint for a reliable melee character.
