Neverness to Everness (NTE) Version 1.0 has been live for over a week, and each character's real-world performance is becoming clear. This tier list is based on authoritative rankings from Game8 and other gaming outlets to help you plan your resource investments.

Nanally — Strongest DPS

Why S Tier:

• The strongest damage dealer in the current version — the DPS ceiling
• Extremely high skill multipliers with long ultimate uptime
• Excellent sustained damage and follow-up attack mechanics
• Functions as the core DPS in any team composition

Recommended Teams:

• Nanally + Sakiri + Baicang (Universal comp)
• Nanally + Jiuyuan + Haniel (AoE gather comp)
• Nanally + Daffodill + Mint (Boss speedkill comp)

Pull Priority: Extremely High. If you are F2P or low-spending, pulling Nanally first is never a wrong choice. She is the undisputed must-pull of the current meta.

Sakiri — Best Support

Why S Tier:

• The strongest support character in the current version with excellent buff uptime
• Strong mob clearing with great AoE crowd control
• Provides sustained team-wide buffs
• Gather + CC + Damage buff — three roles in one

Recommended Teams:

• Nanally + Sakiri + Baicang (Strongest general team)
• Hathor + Sakiri + Jiuyuan (AoE clearing team)
• Any Main DPS + Sakiri + Survival (Universal support)

Pull Priority: High. Support characters tend to age better than DPS units. Sakiri's buffs and CC are valuable across all content.

Esper Zero (MC) — Universal Protagonist

• Attribute: Cosmos
• Verdict: Free protagonist that fits any team
• Strengths: Fast Esper cycles, stable output, extreme versatility
• Recommendation: Must-build — zero cost, high returns

Baicang — Versatile Shield

• Attribute: Incantation
• Verdict: Offensive and defensive multi-mode character
• Strengths: Shield + Buff + Mode switching, highly adaptable
• Recommendation: High — pull if possible

Hathor — AoE DPS

• Attribute: Lakshana
• Verdict: Feather-stack AoE damage dealer
• Strengths: Strong group clearing, excellent in Anomaly Zones
• Recommendation: Medium-High, great in AoE environments

Jiuyuan — Gather Support

• Attribute: Anima
• Verdict: Ranged gather + support DPS
• Strengths: Best enemy gathering in the game, massively boosts team DPS efficiency
• Recommendation: High — gathering supports are rare

Daffodill — Boss Killer

Chiz — Free S-Rank DPS

Fadia — Reflect DPS
